Oliver Vasquez – Founder and CEO

Oliver Vasquez is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Technical Solutions Architect of Vasquez Integrators (VI).

With more than a decade of hands-on experience, he brings a rare combination of deep engineering expertise and executive leadership. He has led the planning, design, integration, testing, and acceptance of mission-critical communications and security systems for some of the region's most complex public sector programs, including projects for MTA New York City Transit (NYCT), the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ), Triborough Bridge and Tunnel Authority (TBTA), Long Island Railroad (LIRR), Staten Island Rapid Transit Operating Authority (SIRTOA), and Amtrak.

He began his career as a telecommunications and network engineer, working directly in live, revenue-service environments where reliability, safety, and compliance are paramount. He also gained formative experience with one of the industry's leading architecture and engineering firms, Parsons Brinckerhoff, supporting the planning and design of critical communications and network infrastructure for major transportation programs. This dual background spanning both A&E design and field integration shapes his ability to bridge design intent with constructible and reliable solutions.

His technical expertise spans both IP and optical transport networks, fiber-optic infrastructure, data center design, CCTV and access control systems, radio backhaul, and integrated security platforms. Across numerous capital and design-build programs, he has served Senior Communication Systems Engineer, Project Manager, and Quality Manager roles with direct responsibility for system architecture, constructability, testing, authority acceptance, and turnover. 

As CEO of Vasquez Integrators, he sets the firm's technical vision and oversees the full project lifecycle, from early requirements definition and feasability asessment through engineering, field deployment, system validation, and long-term operational support.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Networks from the New York Institute of Technology and maintains multiple industry certifications across networking, optical systems, and physical security platforms. He is a certified Design-Build Insitute of America (DBIA) Professional practitioner and has completed Project Management Professional (PMP) training, reinforcing his ability to lead technically complex projects within collobrative and design-build delivery environments.

Born in the Dominican Republic, he grew up without access to computers or the internet, an experience that shaped his  belief that technology is a vehicle of empowerment and opportunity.  Professionally fluent in both English and Spanish, he remains actively engaged in the transportation and infrastructure community through leadership and membership in industry organizations, including the Subcontractor Trade Association, the Metropolitan Railway Club of New York, and the DBIA New York City Metro Region, and as a DBIA NextGen Committee member.
 

Juan Julca - Systems Integration Manager

Juan Julca is a Systems Integration Manager at Vasquez Integrators, where he plays a crucial role in optimizing all available resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering Technology from the New York City College of Technology (CityTech) in 2022.

Juan’s career began in 2004, with experience as a designer across various disciplines, including civil, mining, mechanical, and electrical engineering. This diverse background provided him with a broad skill set and a deep understanding of different engineering fields.

In 2019, Juan transitioned into the technology sector, embracing a new career adventure that allowed him to apply his engineering expertise in a tech-focused environment. As a Systems Integration Manager, his role involves streamlining processes and resource management to enhance efficiency and deliver successful project outcomes.

Juan’s mission is to share the wealth of knowledge and insights he has accumulated over the years. Driven by a passion for continuous learning and sharing knowledge, Juan believes in the power of education and mentorship as the best ways to grow. He is committed to helping others and sharing the insights he has accumulated throughout his career.

Gloryvee Fortis – Senior Office Manager and HR Generalist

Gloryvee Fortis works for Vasquez Integrators as an Executive Administrative Assistant and Officer Manager. She joined the team in 2021.

She spent ten years in the banking industry, working her way up from customer service to corporate trainer. She worked in education for the next 11 years, beginning at the preschool level and concluding at the college level.

Gloryvee's prior work experience has made it possible for her to join Vasquez Integrators and contribute the ideals she has learned to be a caring and compassionate individual. She has contributed greatly to the operations, systemization, and administration of the company.

Gloryvee continuously demonstrates a drive to better both the company and herself. She is pursuing her studies to become an HR representative at Vasquez Integrators.
